About the event
Experience an unforgettable dance performance that explores the notion of memory being captured, or recorded, in the material world around us: all our actions, our feelings and thoughts, frozen in matter and energy for eternity.
If these walls could talk, what would they say?
This is Irish dance like you've never seen it before, supported by Gina Boreham's magical voice in blues and jazz classics.
Breandán de Gallaí, dancer
Gina Boreham, singer
Tim Feehily, lighting designer
de Gallaí is one of the foremost, most innovative artists within Irish dance. He has taught in Norway several times, but his performances have not yet been presented here. In Walls Talk, the Norwegian audience gets to see a side of Irish dance that few of them will have seen before. This is international dance art at the highest level – and it has never been shown before in Norway.
The concert is supported by Culture Ireland.
